At Jack's Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that used surfboards and wetsuits cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
