How much does shipping cost for surfboards?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all surfboards within the continental US. Oversized boards may incur an additional handling fee which will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with original tags attached and have not been used in the water.
Do you offer surfboard repairs?
Yes, Jack's Surfboards provides professional ding repair services at our flagship locations. Bring your board in for a quote on fiberglass or epoxy repairs.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout to collect your gear from any of our retail locations for free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship apparel and accessories worldwide. However, due to size restrictions, international shipping for surfboards is limited to specific regions. Please contact us for a custom quote.
